1. Overview & Our Privacy Philosophy

At Leonida Companion, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our application is engineered from the ground up on a Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) model. You do not need to register with your real name, phone number, email address, or physical address to use this application.

All core companion features—including interactive map navigation, heist profitability calculations, vehicle/weapon stats, and syndicate lobby organization—function seamlessly in Offline-First mode using on-device local storage.

3. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

The application connects to trusted, industry-standard service providers for app stability and functionality:

Google Firebase & Google Cloud: Provides optional encrypted cloud synchronization, anonymized performance metrics, and static asset delivery over TLS 1.3 encryption.
Google Play Services: Handles secure in-app purchases (Pro upgrade) and app integrity checks.
Google AdMob / Programmatic Ads: Serves banner and rewarded video ads to free-tier users. Personalized advertising can be opted out of directly inside the app's Privacy Center.

4. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Right to be Forgotten)

You maintain absolute ownership and control over your data at all times:

Right to Access & Portability: You can export your entire dataset (pins, custom notes, heist configurations) at any time as a raw JSON file using the in-app "Export Data" button.
Right to be Forgotten (Purge Data): With a single tap in the in-app Privacy Center, you can permanently erase all locally stored data, reset streaks, and clear cached credentials.
Opt-Out of Analytics: You can toggle off diagnostic analytics and personalized ads at any time in the app settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is intended for general audiences interested in gaming companion tools and does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. If you believe any minor has provided data through our app, please contact us for immediate review and purging.
